Methods to remove acrylic nails
Acrylic gives a great effect on the nails, they are long and solid, but when it comes time to remove them, some people don’t know how to do it. Here are some methods to remove acrylic from nails without damaging them. Keep reading!
Remove acrylic with manual or electric file
Only use the electric nail drill technique if you are familiar with it. Otherwise I advise you to remove the largest with an electric file and finish with a manual file. Don’t forget that it takes 4 to 6 months for the nail plate to grow back completely, so it’s worth spending 5 more minutes to finish filing by hand than 6 months waiting for our nails to recover.
Remove acrylic by melting it
Using the swabs soaked in an acetone-based solution such as the dilute-tout which contains nourishing oils or simply by soaking the nails in the dilute-tout then scrape very gently with a wooden cuticle pusher.
