To use a nail drill, there are 3 things to respect: pressure, movement and position.

As with a traditional file, there is no need to press hard! Moreover, you should never use the maximum speed from the start, but rather increase it gradually. The nail drill must be placed on the nail and it must always remain in motion. In fact, keeping it still would mean sanding the same area a little too deeply and thus creating a hollow in the nail, or even damaging it.

You can work slowly from the back to the front of the nail, or choose to work from one side to the other, from left to right or vice versa.

The position

Take care to maintain your balance so that the nail drill machine remains stable throughout the work. The nail drill must always remain straight, horizontal to the treated part of the nail.
